We are seeking an enthusiastic Asbestos Removalist to become a part of our dynamic and diverse Hazardous Material and Contaminated Land Management team in Sydney. In this role, you will engage in fieldwork and ongoing learning with support from our experienced team members. **Responsibilities**:

- Pre-start & regular medical checks. Preparing & Partaking demolition/remediation;
- Completing Inductions. Partaking in SWMS/JSAs, annual Management Reviews;
- Prepare COCs and deliver samples to laboratories according to client agreed TAT;
- Review and develop a working knowledge of current legislation & COPs for environmental management, occupational hygiene, OHS and development;
- Assistance/management of occupational health, safety and environmental projects.

**About you**
- 1-3 years of experience in building demolition esp. Supervisor - preferred
- Construction white card, First Aid or Removal accreditation - preferred
- Full Australian Driver licence & car, at least Temporary Resident - preferred
- Experience in Macbook Numbers, Dropbox, Xero, Microsoft Suite - preferred
- Open to overtime, weekend/public holiday, interstate work
- Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability. Quick learner with a passion for achieving best practice outcomes.
- Strong work ethic with a desire for learning. Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
