**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic experienced store manager to run and manage our flagship Alexandria store.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- As a Store Manager, you must be very confident and have an entrepreneurial mindset, and operate the business as if it is your own.
- You will lead your team from the front and be a key contributor to sales and service within the store.
- You will have a creative flare and an exceptional eye for detail.
- You will continuously develop and mentor your team to self-improve and set them up for success alongside your guidance.

**Your role will involve**:

- An entrepreneurial approach to the business - treat it as if it is your own
- Previous experience in managing a team of at least 2+ team members
- Confident in finding opportunities and areas of development within your team
- Showroom merchandising
- Self-motivated & results driven with lots of initiative
- Be able to work autonomously and take ownership
- Ability to meet, drive and exceed business KPIs
- Strong operational management understanding
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- The ability to encourage after Sales service when necessary
- Be on top of customer quotes and orders
- Have high attention to detail
- Be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a rotating roster basis

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alexandria, NSW 2015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Furniture sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
