This is an entry level role, ideal for someone that is willing to take the next step on their career.

We are looking for a people and customer focused **Store Manager to join our Alexandria Team** Our Store Managers play a major role on our store’s success. Your new role will see you inspiring not just your customers, but also your team, with a leading by example and can do attitude.

Reporting directly to Mega Store Manager, you will play a major role on our Sleeping Giant store’s success. Your new role will see you inspiring not just your customers, but also your team, with a **leading by example and can do attitude**.

If your experience is in retail, sales, customer service or you simply have a passion for people, this is the job for you.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and leading your team to inspire their customers and exceed their sales targets.
- Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service as soon as they step into our store.
- Building your product knowledge to assist training your team.
- Leading by example in sales, customer service and attitude.
- Managing day to day operations of your store including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training and other duties as required.

**What you will bring to the role?**
- 2+ year experience in similar role
- Outstanding customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible and collaborative approach to work
- Experience within the furniture/bedding industry would be a plus, but not essential

Reporting directly to Area Manager, our Store Managers play a major role on our store’s success. Your new role will see you inspiring not just your customers, but also your team, with a **leading by example and can do attitude**.

If your experience is in retail, sales, customer service or you simply have a passion for people, this is the job for you.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and leading your team to inspire their customers and exceed their sales targets.
- Stock control, implementing and suggesting new processes to manage stock.
- Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service as soon as they step into our store.
- Building your product knowledge to assist training your team.
- Leading by example in sales, customer service and attitude.
- Managing day to day operations of your store including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training and other duties as required.

**What you will bring to the role?**
- 2+ year experience in similar role

- Good communication and computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
