Our company oversees the entire journey of our produce, from production, storage, packing, marketing, and transportation.

GV Independent Packers Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time licensed Forklift Driver on our site in Shepparton, Victoria 3630. The salary offered is $76,515 per annum plus superannuation.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

- Operating controls to align forklifts and raise and lower forks to stack and unstack items in our farms and distribution centre.
- Transporting fruit to designated areas in our farms and distribution centre.
- Ensuring goods are stored in correct areas so that they can be easily located when orders are made up.
- Monitoring equipment operation visually through gauges and instruments and through computerised monitoring equipment.
- Inspecting and controlling equipment to identify wear and damage.
- Servicing and performing minor repairs and adjustments to forklifts.

The applicant will have the following skills and experience:

- At least 2 years of work experience in operating forklifts.
- Forklift licence.
- Relevant AQF Certificate II or III (preferred).
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Sound knowledge of machine and mechanical aptitude.
- Good team member and leadership skills.

Pay: $76,515.00 per year
