**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and create video content that meets organisational goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on cybersecurity topics to ensure video content is accurate, engaging, and relevant to our audience.
- Study scripts, scenarios, and cybersecurity-related topics to determine themes, settings, and messaging for productions.
- Plan and oversee creative aspects of video projects, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, and staging.
- Film video content in various formats and locations, ensuring quality in lighting, framing, and other technical elements.
- Determine technical requirements for each project, such as lighting, camera angles, focus, and sound.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using digital tools, ensuring high production quality.
- Manage post-production tasks, including adding sound, graphics, and effects to enhance visual storytelling.
- Maintain and organise video equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in both video production and cybersecurity, incorporating relevant insights into content development.
- Provide creative input for ongoing video projects and propose innovative ideas to enhance Gridware’s visual content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical experts, to ensure videos align with cybersecurity industry messaging.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum requirement: relevant Bachelor’s Degree, or 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and sound design principles.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to transform complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging video content.
- Demonstrated ability to research technical topics and present them in a visually compelling format.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and terminology (desirable but highly regarded).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video production work.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000p.a.
