**The Role**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our client, enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with daily living activities
- Accompanying the client to appointments, including medical and social outings
- Facilitating community participation and social inclusion
- Implementing support plans in accordance with best practice
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of NDIS online orientation modules
- Police check (or willing to obtain)
- Working WIth Children Check (Or willing to obtain)

Pay: $30.00 - $49.94 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
