What You'll Do
- Advise contractors, subcontractors, lenders, developers, funders and lawyers on contractual, technical and

commercial issues related to complex construction and engineering projects.
- Help clients resolve commercial disputes by establishing a clear, commercially driven strategy and promoting

early resolution.
- Where litigation or arbitration is unavoidable, you will assist as an integrated part of our client's legal teams or

with external legal counsel, providing support across the entire dispute life cycle, from research and analysis to

arbitration, mediation or trial.
- Quantity surveying, cost management, commercial or contract management, contract administration, and/or

forensic delay analysis.
- Providing support to senior team members involved in the preparation of contractual claims on construction

and engineering projects.
- Primarily Perth based, possibly with some interstate and/or international travel.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working in a construction or engineering environment, preferably in a commercial,

contract administrator or cost engineering role
- Tertiary qualifications in a surveying, construction management, engineering or mining discipline
- An interest in construction law and dispute resolution, with a desire to progress a career with an international

construction consultancy.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Fully conversant with MS Office and possess excellent MS Excel skills.
