Field Operators are required to utilise:

- High levels of concentration and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills & judgement
- Effective verbal communication & be able to give/follow clear concise instructions
- Be a Team player
- Time management & planning skills

Job Requirements:

- Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
- Always follow safety protocols and procedures
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely fashion
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Willingness to work four shifts on and four days off, including two day shifts and two-night shifts between 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00
