We are seeking a **Learning and Development Analyst **to support the design, evaluation, and enhancement of training frameworks and systems. This dynamic role combines expertise in learning design, user-focused development, and testing methodologies, enabling you to make a significant impact on capability and workforce readiness.

In this role, you will:

- Develop Use Case Personas and User Stories to represent and address the needs of diverse training stakeholders, including learners, facilitators, and designers.
- Design assessment criteria and create test cases to validate functionality and ensure alignment with organisational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce a comprehensive Test and Evaluation Plan, supporting functional testing and milestone delivery.
- Facilitate and document the outcomes of functional testing, driving continuous improvement and optimal performance.
- Create detailed job profiles to support competency management and workforce planning.
- Provide requirements for effective Curriculum Management and Content Management Systems, ensuring user-centric and scalable solutions.

- Experience in learning and development, training design, or education systems, ideally within large or complex organisations.
- Strong skills in user-centric design, use case development, and functional testing processes.
- Knowledge of competency frameworks, curriculum development, and content management best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to support innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
