We are looking for Customer Service superstars to join a fantastic organisation dedicated to helping people in their job search. This is a permanent role with multiple positions and locations in Burwood, Lakemba, Campsie & Miranda.

**What you will be doing**:

- Proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment
- Achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. You will tailor your services for individual needs so that jobseekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment
- Conduct regular appointments with job seeker
- Help with resume servicing
- Greeting people coming into the office and setting them up in the system
- Case management

- Be able to balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve business outcomes

- Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills would be an advantage.
