We are seeking a seasoned leader to transform our cafe into an iconic destination that resonates with both locals and visitors alike. The Pavilion Cafe is open from 8 am to 4 pm 7 days a week and caters to a range of evening or daytime functions and special events.

**The Core Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work 40-45 hours p.wk over 7 days.
- Proven leadership that fosters performance excellence through KPIs
- Experienced and skilled Barista with machine and coffee knowledge
- First Aid Certificate and Mental Health First Aid Accredited.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol and RP Badge.
- Qualification in business, hospitality, or management.
- Financial acumen for rostering, budgeting, and costing.
- Contemporary product and industry knowledge
- WHS and Food Safety Compliance
