**About the Role**
The purpose of the Service Administrator role is to manage the setting up and administration of service contracts including reporting, scheduling and allocating of jobs, providing basic quotations and client management.

**Duties**
- Issue invoices and purchase orders as project timeframes dictate
- Schedule and coordinate work orders
- Liaise with clients regarding job status and other job specific communication
- Manage work orders ensuring profit margins and timeframes are met
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer documentation
- Generate and provide customer specific reporting as per contractual obligations
- Prepare and maintain construction documentation

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 3 years administration experience working within the building or facilities management industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Aroflo software advantageous
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Well presented and great communication skills
- A basic Knowledge of the building and construction industry
