Airport Retail Enterprises is continuing to grow with our venues, cafes and restaurants expanding in new locations across our Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and we are looking for amazing talent to join our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for fun, enthusiastic & driven F&B Attendants for the opening of our new Mediterranean inspired venue Mezze Za Za. Located in Melbourne’s T4 domestic food court - Mezze Za Za specialises in chargrilled souvlaki meats using Mediterranean spices and blends to cover a variety of mouth-watering food across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You will be responsible for bringing Mezze Za Za to life by delivering exceptional customer service to our customers who will be experiencing Mezze Za Za in Melbourne for the first time. You will support with the daily operations of Mezze Za Za including taking orders, preparing food & drinks, and general housekeeping/cleaning.
*Please note: Mezze Za Za is scheduled to open at the end of Oct/early Nov. If you are hired, we will train you in one of our other 11 venues to prepare you for the opening of Mezze Za Za.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience within a fast-paced food & beverage retailer is ideal - experience within a Mediterranean/Kebab/Souvlaki environment is highly regarded Experience providing a high level of customer service
- Ability to prepare light snacks & beverages
- Experience in cash handling and POS operation to process orders
- Must be able to work between the hours of 5am - 2pm, 7am - 4pm, 12pm - 9pm and/or anywhere in between. (Flexibility across all shift times are ideal and highly regarded
- Must be available on weekdays & weekends. We will be mindful to put you on a rotating roster so you can have work/life balance
- Full-time, part-time & casual hours available on a casual pay rate $$$
