**About the role**:
As a Retail Supervisor, you will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department in Bunnings, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This is a Full-time role and the flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts from Monday-Friday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers

**What’s involved**:

- Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
- Coach the team on the right service behaviours
- Assist with inducting and training the team
- Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements
- Coordinate stock

**Who we're looking for**:

**You’ll need**:

- Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
- An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team
- Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers
- Have an eagerness to learn about new products
- To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
- A current Australian Forklift Licence or prior experience in stock management is an added bonus

Our customers are important to us. Bunnings trade 7 days a week, opening early and closing late on weekdays and on weekends. To provide the best experience you will be required to work a variety of different shifts during the week.
