We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Supervisor Civil for our Wastewater Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business, focusing on a newly awarded Sydney Water project. This role is based in Seven Hills with worksites across Metropolitan Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. In this role you'll be responsible for:

- Lead and grow multiple field teams working on sewer repair projects- Manage subcontractors to meet obligations of contract- Management of workers, plant, and equipment to successfully deliver projects- Collaboratively working with clients to address issues and deliver solutions

How you'll connect to the role:

- HR or MR License- OHS Construction Induction Card (White card)- Confined Space Entry Qualification- Working at Heights Qualification- Various Plant Licenses- Proven track record in leading and managing on-site teams- Demonstrated capability in overseeing and organising onsite activities.- Comprehensive experience working on Sydney Water sewer pipeline projects
