A unique opportunity has arisen to fill a senior role in a growing Desktop & Intelligence Division. We are seeking a permanent full time
**Team Manager** to lead our
**Desktop Investigations **division in
**Sydney**, based out of our Head Office in
**Alexandria**. Your role will involve managing a team of 10 Desktop & Intelligence Analysts, advancing their professional development & training, hosting team forums, and maintaining responsibility for the Desktop & Intelligence Portfolio.
**About you**:
- Experience with open-source intelligence databases & OSINT searching techniques;
- Demonstrated **team management** experience;
- Experience in the insurance industry - Workers Compensation, Cyber, Fraud or General Insurance would be** preferable;**:
- **Strong customer service ethic is a must**, through managing internal and external stakeholders;
- A drive for **divisional growth**, including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements;
- Support & assist all staff in their roles and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance of the team; and
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes.
