**In this Small Business Banking role, you will**
- Manage lending and product requests for small business customers, understanding your customers business needs to provide effective banking solutions
- Develop longstanding partnerships with your customers, identify fresh opportunities and bring innovative solutions to life
- Perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limits up to DCA
- Develop and maintain understanding of other bank products ie. transactional banking including merchant facilities, deposits, insurance etc. to holistically serve your customers’ needs
- Be the key driver in growing our reach and ensuring existing customers stay engaged, satisfied, and committed for the long haul

**What you’ll bring**
- Demonstrable experience in a lending role with a focus on customer acquisition
- Customer obsessed mindset and ways of working
- Track record of experience across lending and navigating the credit process
- Completed DCA preferred.
- Exceptional business and financial acumen skills
