Our client, in the construction industry, is looking for a Change Analyst to join their team on a 9-month daily rate contract.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying, analysing, and evaluating potential impacts of change on the business, stakeholders, and customers
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning to ensure effective communication and buy-in
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying potential issues and risks
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on change management best practices
- Facilitate training and coaching sessions to build change management capabilities across the organization
- Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and methodologies

**Key skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyse complex problems and recommend effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in change management methodologies and best practices, with the ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
