This is a critical role to develop and implement SAED within our dynamic, highly matrixed organization. As a talented SAED professional with excellent communication, business partnering and project management skills, you will utilize your demonstrated SAED experience and play a key role in driving strategic change SAED business unit in Telecom Environment

Responsibility:

- Ensure liaison with Customer planning team to confirm & align the scope of the program.
- Ensure BOQ’s are submitted to customer for Site Survey and SAED Scope by managing team of internal resources and ensure PO creation.
- Procure SAED Suppliers in the market for execution of Telecom projects and programs.
- Ensure that systems and processes are in place to maintain the required documentation and record keeping to facilitate accurate and timely revenue recovery.
- Ensure that all project variations are approved and documented to enable revenue recovery whilst meeting project deliverables.
- Drive and govern SAED partners for execution of Telecom Projects/Programs
- Monitor and govern finances with support of SAED team to ensure both Customer and Supplier BOQ’s/Finances are on track.
- Develop and manage relationships with Tower owners, structural certifiers and 3rd party suppliers for execution of SAED program in strategic manner.
- Work with Program Director to improve execution of the program strategically as part of continuous improvements within the business unit.
- Manage relationships within customer stakeholders by ensuring “customer first” approach attitude and be responsible in driving SAED business growth.
- Perform detailed project planning in developing work breakdown structures, resourcing programs, detailed schedules, cost schedules, risk management plans and project management plans that will enable the project to be delivered in accordance to the programs / clients time, cost and quality criteria.
- Monitor and track the project plans performance against delivery milestones and take proactive and decisive action to maintain the project delivery to the plan.
- Manage the projects scope and address any variations in accordance with the project contract.
- Ensure all work practices are compliant to HSE standards and all project staff are aware, are trained and understand their obligations for operating a safe workplace.
- Actively pursue process improvements and productivity initiatives in the provision of project works.

**Requirements**:
The qualifiers for this role
- 5-10 Years of experience in Australian Telecommunications industry
- Broad Knowledge of local Property, Planning and Design laws, guidelines as per Australian Telecommunication acts, Telstra, Optus and TPG processes
- Relevant education qualifications & skillset to perform SAED
- Ability to work individually with high degree of self motivation & mínimal direction
- Good communicator
- Engage with customer, internal delivery teams (Property, Planning, Design and RF Engineering) and management to align Customer requirements with and design supplier processes and outcomes.
- Interface with suppliers and partners to manage Customer delivery requirements
