SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Campaign Manager & Integration Specialist.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in marketing campaign management, with strong expertise in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
  • Hands-on experience integrating marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven experience leading migration projects from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360 or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of customer journey orchestration, multichannel campaign execution, and marketing automation.
  • Proficient in building workflows, data segmentation, and marketing resource management.
  • Familiarity with SAS programming or scripting for campaign customization (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Good communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
