**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Perform daily and accurate data entry for multiple property suppliers’ invoices into the Attaché accounting software system.
- Prepare and process weekly supplier payments and ensure all suppliers are paid accordingly to their trading terms.
- Prepare manual payments during the month-end process.
- Ensure all invoices are authorized and signed by department heads before processing supplier payments.
- Following up with department heads for invoice approvals.
- Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliation for multiple accounts.
- Arrange invoices for electronic fund transfers as per company deadlines.
- Ensure all supplier invoices are coded correctly; including GST, and all invoices are entered before end of month.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding payment queries from suppliers.
- Maintain excellent Accounts Payable filing systems.
- Effectively collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders across the business and perform other duties as instructed.
- A strong accounting background
- 2 years' relevant experience
- Excellent technical skills
- Conceptual & analytical skills
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
