**About the Role**

Sitting in the Operational side of the business, this go-to Accounts Payable role requires a proactive person with a thirst for learning and growing. It will work closely with a range of stakeholders in the business and provide support to the Southern Commercia

**In this essential role, you will be responsible for**:

- Data entry
- Processing invoices, credit notes
- Management of accounts (payable, receivable, disbursements, expenses, receipts, etc.)
- Stock management and reconciliation of shipments
- Liaise with suppliers and staff in relation to invoices and payments
- Provide administrative/clerical support for the Commercial Manager

**About YOU**
- At least 3 years' practical experience as a AP Officer or Finance Officer.
- Experience with XERO and SAP (highly desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Word skills.
