**Description**:
Acumentis, Australia's premier national valuation firm specialising in commercial, residential, government, and rural sectors, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Associate Director to join our Melbourne Residential team. We are committed to setting you up for success in this pivotal role
About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will be a key member of our leadership team, collaborating with fellow Directors to achieve Acumentis' business objectives and regional goals. Your responsibilities will include:

- High-Quality Valuations: Deliver valuations of the highest quality, adhering to client and company guidelines, and meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).
- Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of sales trends and market conditions to inform valuation practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development initiatives.
- Staff Mentoring: Oversee mentoring of staff including professional development and compliance.
- Strategic Collaboration: Report regularly to the State Director and work closely to achieve targeted outcomes.

About You
- You have at minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience
- You possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant Property Degree
- You have a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) Qualification
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a strong working knowledge of the Greater Melbourne residential property market.
- You have proven success in a Mid-Senior level Valuation role
