**Job Title**: Boom Lift Operator (11m+) - General Labourer
**Location**: Melbourne, VIC

**General Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate boom lifts (11m+) safely and efficiently.
- Perform general labouring tasks on site including assisting trades, material handling, and site clean-up.
- Support various site activities across building, civil construction, and warehousing.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
- Adhere to site safety protocols and company procedures.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and site teams.

**Role Requirements**:

- **Valid EWP licence for boom over 11m** _(WorkSafe Yellow Card or High Risk Licence WP)_.
- Minimum 6 months of experience operating boom lifts or similar machinery.
- Reliable transport (own car is a prerequisite).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Solid general labouring experience and ability to work independently.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
