Looking to turn your passion of IT into a career but not sure where to start? Would love to gain a nationally recognised certificate with no study debt?

Maxima, in partnership with the City of Tea Tree Gully, are seeking an IT enthusiast to undertake an entry-level traineeship.

Across 12-months be paid to study towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Information Technology**, gain industry experience from knowledgeable mentors and be supported every step of the way from dedicated Maxima Consultants.

This opportunity will see you working fulltime, providing efficient and effective helpdesk support to all staff and customers. With exposure to a range of IT infrastructure, systems, and issues, you will have the skills and expertise to enter any domain upon completion.

**Duties Include**:

- Handle incoming IT related enquiries and requests from staff
- Provide tech support and troubleshooting
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance to IT equipment
- Liaise with vendors to escalate issues and maintenance
- Gather reports on ticketing and system issues
- Work with a mixture of Microsoft, Google, Android, and Apple technologies

- Ability to prioritise tasks and juggle various deadlines

**Role Requirements**:

- ** Cannot have completed a Certificate III in IT or higher (e.g. Bachelor or Masters)**:

- Customer service experience (desirable)
