Experience in the early childhood sector, preferably Centre Manager experience
Operational experience in a similar role
**Your key responsibilities**:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with each unique centre and their team
Co-ordination of the support functions to assist each centre in achieving their vision and provide an exceeding service
Centre Leadership Team performance, management and development is key to your success
Using data analytics to drive strategic and operational decisions striving for continuous improvement
Effective financial performance of the centres
Timely, accurate and meaningful reporting
