**The Positions**:
We are seeking 15 Personal Care Assistants to join our team at our Cooinda aged care home, located at 38 Maple Crescent, LITHGOW, NSW 2790.

**Requirements**:
Key duties and responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living and lifestyle in accordance with an individual’s care plan, attending to care duties as allocated and/or delegated by the Registered or Enrolled Nurse, assisting with meal delivery and refreshments, and recording observations on relevant assessment charts and documenting an individual’s progress notes.
- A relevant qualification or the willingness to undertake on-the-job training.
- A genuine interest for working in aged care.
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility for shift work, including nightshift and weekends.

The applicable hourly rate is between $28.67 (unqualified) to $30.11 (Certificate III) plus penalty rates and applicable shift allowances as provided by our enterprise agreement.
