**Key Responsibilities**:
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate client invoices; resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Collections: Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Escalations: Identify high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases to management or external agencies.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment or billing issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Reporting: Generate AR aging reports and support forecasting and performance tracking.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational habits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of credit and collection practices is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or administrative roles will be an added advantage.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in Account Receivables
- Experience working with Xero (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in the digital marketing/SAAS industry (desirable)
