**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning individual to join our Operations Team. You will be joining a team of Operations and Forklift specialists who are responsible for moving, storing and dispatching vehicles and equipment. This is a Full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change. Your key responsibilities would include:

- Locating and moving all assets to the correct locations for storage, recording the locations in our system.
- Conduct daily prestart forklift checks, weekly detail and maintenance checks, and complete forklift logbooks to ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
- Loading trucks of sold assets efficiently to ensure they are delivered to customers on time.
- Moving all assets to the relevant assessing area in an efficient manner.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the auction cycle is managed efficiently and all stakeholders have a great experience with Pickles.
- Assist with booking in/administration duties as required.
- Following all WH&S policies and procedures

**ABOUT YOU**
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- at least 6 months experience as a forklift operator
- current manual driver’s license
- current forklift license** (essential)**
- experience in a similar industry will be an advantage
