Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 40 years and employ over 250 people.

About the role

Applicants will have experience in the supervision of plant, labour and subcontractors for recycling pavement works with a proven track record in the delivery of full service and subcontract civil construction projects in accordance with specifications, budgeted delivery and reporting requirements.

**Description**:
Duties

Manage the work site operation to the construction program and to budget
Provide operational support to field staff regarding plant issues including repairs and set up
Weekly Reporting requirements (timesheets, machine hours, maintenance, site inductions etc)
Manage maintenance requirement in conjunction with SPA Workshop
- Project preparation and planning
- Management of resources, including people and materials in consultation with Business Unit Manager
- Ensuring works are carried out in an efficient manner that meets quality requirements
- Liaising with Clients
- Assistance with quotation and tender activities
- Willingness to travel and work away as required

Skills & experience

Previous experience in supervising road pavement construction
5 Years experience within road/civil construction
Knowledge of Pavement Machinery
Strong communication skills; working independently and part of a team;
Experience building strong supplier relationships;
Experience with computerised maintenance and stores systems;
