Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local team in the local Doncaster region.

No experience or qualification is required, as we will be training you on the job, in a Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015). If successful, you will be assisting the elderly and those returning home from the hospital, in their homes, with their daily lifestyle and activities.

We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community aged care, TAC, and NDIS services

We are recruiting for part-time Community Support Worker roles, you will be offered a minimum of 15 hours (guaranteed), but can work up to 35 hours a week.

Whilst you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks, and as you progress you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more

- Ability and willingness to gain a Working with Children's Check (employee)
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Screening Check - VIC
- Have a current VIC driver's licence
- Have a reliable and registered vehicle
- Have 3rd party car insurance
- Have regular availability,

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday. You can choose to work anytime from 7:00am to 10:00pm, and anytime in between. For example, if you would like to work from 9:30am to 2:30pm, or on weekends, we want to speak with you.

You will be visiting (clients - ageing and disability clients) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:

- Domestic Assistance
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Transportation
- To & from Medical Appointments
- Personal Care
- Grooming
- Social Activities
- Respite
- We are seeking people living within Doncaster / 20-minute drive.
