**_About the Role_**

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for experienced Mechanical Technicians to join our project team. This role is an ongoing casual position.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Flange Management
- Installation of temporary fittings
- Rigging
- Operation of hytorq equipment.
- Completion & familiarisation with JSEA
- Working within other crews and helping out wherever the team requires with in the industrial cleaning functions.
- Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety including participating in safety documentation requirements.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.

**Requirements & Experience Needed**:

- 2+ years’ experience working on shutdowns and preventative maintenance projects within the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience highly regarded
- Experience in working on columns, drums and reactors (highly desirable)
- Experience in working on Exchangers and PSV (highly desirable)
- Flange Management Training (advantageous)
- Ability to work within a team and unsupervised
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Full Australian work rights
- White or Blue Construction Card
- Working at Heights obtained in the last 2 years (Desirable)
- Confined Space Entry Ticket obtained in the last 2 years (Desirable)
- Current BOSIET, CA-EBS (Desirable)
- Current MSIC (Desirable)
- Able to obtain a Police Clearance
