La Cosmetique is thrilled to announce the upcoming inauguration of a new store located in gold Coast Pacific Fair Shopping Centre Mid-NOV 2024. As we prepare for the grand opening, we are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our retail sales team on a Full-time, Part-time basis, retail sales, assistant store manager, and Store manager.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and engaging customers, while working collaboratively within our team-oriented environment. We place great emphasis on maintaining impeccable grooming standards and fostering exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

**Achievement of Store Retail Goals**
- Achieve individual targets and goals according to company benchmarks
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction
- Follow all brands’ action plans
- Implement all store strategy programs - promotions and events

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure stock is adequate and rotated with incoming stock
- keeping displays dusted and cleaned and testers cleaned
- Sampling
- using effectively and recording customer details for follow-up
- Take ownership for own results and review on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Check communication daily
- Ensure any customer complaints are handled in a professional manner and turned into an opportunity
- Keep accurate and up to date daily sales analysis at the end of each shift
- Ensure hygiene practice is adhered to
- Adhere to break rules and guidelines as discussed with your Store Manager
- Maintain positive and constructive relationship with other team members
- Opening and closing of cash register and maintaining balanced record sales each day
- Attend all training required
- Accept personal responsibility to invest time in keeping up with all product knowledge
- Be punctual at each shift
- Flexible with shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.65 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
