**THE ROLE**
As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our social media strategy and brand campaigns, creating engaging on-brand content, and capturing high quality footage that communicates our purpose of inspiring Australian’s to be BUILT FOR LIFE.
With your eye for amazing content, you will support the social media team in their day-to-day activities through scheduling content, engaging with our community and analysing the success of our content. You’ll also play a role in growing our ambassador program, ensuring our community is producing top-tier scroll-stopping videos.
You will collaborate with the team to ideate and bring our social media and brand content to life by capturing and editing engaging videos and photos. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, and requires someone who can simplify complex ideas, create content that grabs attention, and tell a cracking good story. You’ll also need to be comfortable in front of the camera and being featured in content — from TikToks and Reels to behind-the-scenes moments and product demos.
**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
- Collaborate with the social media team & the broader marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that aligns with our overall marketing guidelines and social media strategy to develop the social media content calendar.
- Ensure that the footage captured is high quality using professional video equipment, audio and lighting and reflects brand guidelines.
- Ensure that the filming schedule is systematically planned across the week and month, to deliver agreed requirements of the social media and promotional content calendar efficiently and by key deadlines.
- Edit content to produce both long form and short form that delivers the original creative idea via Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
- Regularly feature in content across platforms - including TikToks, Reels, product demos, and behind-the-scenes videos - with confidence and personality.
- Coordinate the sourcing of props, product, talent and locations for filming.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across social platforms
- Collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers - from outreach and onboarding to campaign coordination
- Track performance of content and social campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for optimisationStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of our video content.
**ABOUT YOU**
You LOVE content creation, and you describe yourself as creative and an out of the box thinker with a constant stream of ideas You have proven experience as a Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, preferably in health and fitness. You are proficient in video and audio editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition. You understand current video content and social media trends. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable effective teamwork, while your creativity ensures entertaining and engaging brand content. You thrive in fast-paced environments due to your adaptability, strong time management, and self-motivation, allowing you to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in film production, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (desirable but not mandatory)
- Minimum 2 year of experience in video production and content creation
- Experience in both short and long form content essential
- Experience with social media and influencer management desirable
- Experience and a love of the health and fitness industry is a must
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.Photography skills desirable
