**About Me**

Hello I am a 37-year-old female with BPD, Schizophrenia, Intellectual Disability and hearing impaired. I am looking for a Support Worker to assist me in achieving my NDIS goals. My Goal is to live a healthy life.

I enjoy going for a drive and walks to the shop. I also like sitting outside in a backyard diamond painting and gardening.

I require assistance with day to day living which includes household tasks. I contribute to tasks including doing dishes and cleaning up my room but may need support in other tasks throughout my home.

An Opportunity is available to join my team of wonderful support workers who help to facilitate my daily life. My support workers assist me on a 1 to 1 throughout the day.

When I am feeling down, I can experience bad hallucinations and at times may try to self-harm. In these situations, I would like you to be emphatic, caring and show me compassion. I'm able to communicate my needs during that time. If I do not settle, I will need you to be confident to follow my Crisis Response Plan.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Personal care
- Manual Handling
- In home activities such as cooking and arts

**About you**:
To be successful in my team, you will need to be consistent, reliable, and highly passionate. A good match for me would be someone that is able to speak clearly and in a loud tone that will allow me to lip sync.

I have a structured routine that I would expect you to follow. With my limited verbal skills, please show patience and offer me choices and options.

**Other requirements**:
