What we’re doing

Enterprise Tech sits within the Tech and Data team, headed up by our CTO, Chris Venter. The Tech and Data team is responsible for providing the technology and data platforms underpinning REA's products, services, and operations. The team consists of over 100 people, which are distributed across the SPACE, Enterprise Tech and Data Services teams.

The Enterprise Tech team supports all our lines of business, functional units, and overseas ventures.

This is a pivotal position for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual who will participate in initiatives as they relate to REA’s finance systems, including our NetSuite ERP. Collaborating internally with members of the finance functions, external consultants, internal audit and other teams, this person will be primary support contact for all stakeholders. As the ERP Support Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible and accountable for maintenance, continuity, and support of our core financial ERP system.

What the role is all about:
The ERP Support Coordinator supports the Finance Squad in the following ways:
- Day-to-day maintenance of NetSuite including:
- Maintain/Update master data, organisation structures, processes, and calculations-
- Provide ongoing, updated and/or new system training-
- Manage all user requests via zendesk and slack. Ensure service levels are met with regard to quality of response and turnaround times.-
- Manage month end timetable impacts and deliver timely communication to all stakeholders-
- Coordinate Netsuite upgrades including, development and execution of test cases to ensure upgrades occur without business disruption.- Liaise with internal Risk team to ensure finance squad meets is Sox obligations. Be a focal point for Sox queries, and ensure all changes, upgrades, and enhancements follow Sox protocols- Manage non-standard REA processes (i.e., Community grants, MET fund payments, home loan direct debit run)- Business partner - maintain strong stakeholder relationships and consult with the teams on their priorities and how to align with finance squad priorities- Backlog management - work with the stakeholders and prioritise tactical initiatives that will deliver incremental efficiencies.- Maintain the integrity of finance systems - naming conventions, purchase order approval limits, license management,- Build, develop and support integrations with upstream systems to reduce manual workload - Workday, Zendesk, NAB API’s

What we’re looking for- Experience working in an agile and fast paced environment- Someone who’s passionate about finance systems with a customer focus- Can demonstrate where you have used your NetSuite skills to enhance and optimise a heavily manual process- Confident in both formal and informal settings with the ability to relate to individuals across all levels of the organisation- Share experience and knowledge with colleagues, enabling others to learn and grow- Approachable and willing to collaborate with others where necessary- Embrace change and responsibility- Prior NetSuite experience
