To be eligible for this role, you should have at least one year of experience in the care industry and hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification. You'll also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, a valid police check and working with children check (NSW) or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, a valid First Aid Certificate, comprehensive insurance (if transporting clients), a driver's license, and reliable transportation.
