Curated Care is an NDIS provider with a focus on person centred practice and providing the best supports for both participant‘s and support workers.

As a part of the team, you may be responsible for providing personal care, in-home support, community access, documentation and reporting, and manual handling to individuals with disabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with in-home support, including general housework, cooking, and cleaning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of client progress and behaviours.
- Facilitate community access, including accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and events.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening approval.
- Current driver's license and reliable car with insurance.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Available on weekends and active overnight shifts
- Previous experience working in disability support is preferred.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- On call
- Overtime

- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Tweed Heads, NSW (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Tweed Heads, NSW: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
