As our Assistant Club Manager, you’ll work closely with the Club Manager to keep operations running smoothly, support the team, and create an exceptional member experience that brings our vision of accessible fitness to life.

**The Role**

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager to help drive the success of our club. In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Club Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, support the sales and fitness teams, and ensure an exceptional member experience. You’ll play an active role in in-house sales, lead generation, and marketing initiatives that grow membership and boost brand awareness. This is a hands-on role where teamwork is everything, stepping up when needed, and helping create an environment where our BELONG values can thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies
- Ensuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance
- Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart
- Managing marketing efforts to attract and retain members
- Upholding all safety and security standards

**About You**

You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:

- Experience in similar role is preferred
- Years of club management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a history of coaching teams
- A proven ability to meet sales and marketing goals
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and members
- A deep commitment to exceptional customer service
