**Requirements for the role**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a Supervisor role with HDD (essential)
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent (desirable)
- Proven ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
- Strong safety and quality orientation according to HSEQ standards
- White card
- Ability to provide support to the HDD drillers and constantly ensure the quality of the works is upheld
- The skills to plan, prepare, adjust and report the delivery of works and monitor subcontractor and worker’s performance
- Current WA Driver’s License
