**About the Role**
We are currently seeking an **experienced Female Support Worker** to join our dedicated team.

This position offers the opportunity to grow depending on compatibility and client needs. Pay rate will depend on experience.
- **Experience in mental health is essential.**:

- **Experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities is mandatory.**

**Shift Details**:
Days: Monday & Friday

4 hours each day

**About You**
- Female (as required for client-specific support needs)
- Must be flexible
- Empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Available for consistent weekly shifts
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Full Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Disability Support or a related field

Pay: $32.79 - $33.96 per hour

Supplementary Pay:
