**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate female support worker in her late 20s to early 30s with experience working with children and young adults with Autism and ADHD. This role involves providing support in the Rockingham, Baldivis, and Mandurah areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering personalized support to clients with Autism and ADHD
- Assisting with daily living activities and community integration
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Assist with school drop off and pick up

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in aged care and disability support.
- Understanding of mental health conditions and experience in providing support to individuals with mental health needs.
- Ability to engage clients in creative activities such as sewing, crocheting, and arts and crafts.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent (highly desirable).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
