To this end, they are currently on the search for an experienced hands-on leader, to join their team as an **Operations Team Leader**.**

If successful, for this role you will be required to:

- To oversee the recycling facility, manage and lead day to day operations.
- To ensure that the facility is operating safely, efficiently, and profitable. Overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, maintenance, safety, and quality control.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize plant efficiency and increase productivity.
- Maintaining an effective team communication.
- Training and managing staff members, ensuring a high level of productivity and employee engagement.
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance plant performance and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

- Must have experience in a recycling plant
- Current LF Forklift license
- Current driver's license
- Excellent time management skills
- Can do attitude.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Effective Written and Verbal communication skills
- The ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities.
