
Supply Chain Manager

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.
This role entails the effective management of the supply chain for ANZ Operations in cooperation with production, commercial and product management teams ensuring the successful delivery of customers orders on time.

**Main Responsibilities -**
- Manage the end-to-end fulfillment and delivery of customer orders by adopting risk management and mitigation planning
- Manage cost of material and material requirements forecasting
- Responsible for maintaining inventory in accordance with BU KPIs, risk assessment and JIT modelling
- Management of effective planning and purchasing of material globally
- External Vendor management
- Effective relationship with BU sources globally
- Work closely with Customer Service, Product Management and Commercial Teams
- Be customer responsive
- Develop and implement supply chain improvement initiatives
- Be a EHS leader in the workplace
- Demonstrate leadership by example in line with TE values and TE behaviors.
**Knowledge and Description**:
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years supply chain experience in a MRP environment.
- Basic understanding and preferably experience and/or qualifications in supply chain and vendor management procedures.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy.
- Preferred experience and proficiency with SAP.
