**Your new role**
As the Workshop Manager, you'll be looking after a small team of vibrant tradesmen; directing, troubleshooting and getting the best out of them. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be in charge of designing, modifying and manufacturing a varied workshop, focussing mostly on Grabs, Hoppers, Conveyors, as well as other projects as they come along.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to be able to direct a small group to achieve goals together. You'll be delegating work, sometimes getting your hands dirty. Someone with a trade qualified background, focussing on steel fabrication will excel in this role. Clear communication, organisation and a natural-born leader will be well rewarded with this company.

**What you'll get in return**
In return you will get an excellent remuneration package; salaries starting at $115k + Super for someone with a few years experience in a similar role, but the company is happy to go higher and look at anyone with more experience looking for a similar role. You'll thoroughly enjoy the culture in this role; most employees have been there more than a decade, which means this business is treating it's staff right.
