**Key Responsibilities**:
Braemar College is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics with an ability to teach up to VCE with a passion for education. We continue to embed a culture of personalised learning to achieve high standards of learning and teaching for all students.
- Maintain high standards of learning and teaching, assessment and reporting that is relevant, collaborative and future-focussed.
- Deliver and promote student wellbeing within the College.

***About You**:
It is expected that you will:

- Be enthusiastic about the education of young people.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the VCE Mathematics study design.
- Have recent experience in teaching and assessing Mathematics.
- Be a highly skilled and dedicated teacher who contributes to the Learning Area.
- Display a sound knowledge of teaching pedagogies and practices with a focus on developing students’ knowledge and skills.
- Have a tertiary teaching qualification that enables you to teach Mathematics.
- A willingness to teach in the Middle years would also be appreciated.
- Hold a current Teacher registration with VIT.

In addition, the preferred applicant will have an understanding of and commitment to, the ethos of Independent Schooling and a willingness to contribute to College events and adhere to the College's 'Child Safety Policy'.
