Florist

We are a specialist flower and plant business, with a boutique store in Redfern. Established in 2017, we are fast gaining a reputation for being one of Sydneys best florists.

We are seeking a highly experienced, creative and passionate florist to join our friendly team.

**The role**:

- Provide an exceptional experience/service for our clients
- Open and close store, daily sales, online orders and enquiries, visual merchandising
- Assist with production of workshops for terrarium, bonsai, ikebana and flower arranging
- Assist with photoshoots, design seasonal ranges, special events and more
- Experience buying at the markets
- Assistant manager role available for someone that has initiative and commitment

**To be successful in this role, minimum requirements**
- Well presented and spoken
- 3yrs boutique sales experience, or similar
- 3yrs florist experience, including retail, events, corporate and buying
- Personal and work references
- Be stylish, motivated, energetic and eye for detail
- Competent with Outlook, Microsoft word, Excel, online booking and ecommerce systems
- Business savvy
- A drivers license
- Must be available to work Saturdays and some Sundays.
- Be available for event production shifts

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- floristry: 2 years (required)
