Experienced Florist

We are a specialist flower and plant business, with a boutique store in Redfern. Established in 2017, we are fast gaining a reputation for being one of Sydneys best florists. We are seeking a highly experienced, creative and passionate florist to join our friendly team.

**The role**:

- Provide an exceptional experience/service for our clients
- Open and close store, daily sales, online orders and enquiries, visual merchandising
- Assist with workshops for terrarium, kokedama and flower arranging
- Assist with photoshoots, design seasonal ranges, special events and more
- Experience buying at the markets
- Assistant manager reporting to the director, responsible for roster, invoicing, administration

**To be successful in this role, minimum requirements**
- Well presented and spoken
- 3yrs boutique sales experience, or similar
- 5yrs florist experience, including retail, events, corporate and buying
- Personal and work references
- Be stylish, motivated, energetic and eye for detail
- Competent with Outlook, Microsoft word, Excel, online booking and ecommerce systems
- Business savvy
- A drivers license
- Must be available to work Saturdays and also Sunday twice per month

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
