We’ll teach you the **BFT way** — you just bring:
Cert III (at least) — or currently studying
A “whatever it takes” mindset
Confidence with groups — or the hunger to learn quick
A people-first approach (we coach humans, not reps)
**A true team player attitude** — no lone wolves here, we win together
Availability for early mornings, afternoons, weekends + public holidays

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $38.35 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Cert 3 and/or 4 in Fitness (preferred)
