**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- End to end recruitment processes: Job adverts, Screening, Compliance Checks, Inductions & Employee Set Up
- Assessing client referrals to determine best fit for support workers & NDIS participants.
- Ongoing monitoring of Quality and Compliance
- Liaising with Client Service Managers, Rostering Coordinators and Management to ensure adequately trained Support Workers are maintained and provided to NDIS participants.
- Building rapport with clients and stakeholders to ensure client support needs are being met for new and existing clients.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment (Experience in temp recruitment, or labour hire within the disability or healthcare industry is essential).
- Knowledge of NDIS Requirements and SCHADS Award.
- Experience retaining a team of casual staff.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check & Police Check
- Effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment.
